WATCH THE 4-MINUTE WALKTHROUGH
Welcome to Timothy Hall Photography. This guide is for principals and site supervisors planning an Inspiration Portrait Wall. It walks you through the process from your first inquiry to final approval and delivery. Your portrait collection will recognize the people in your organization and share the words that inspire them. Let’s begin with your inquiry.
Begin on the Inspiration Portrait Wall page and select Start your wall. Explore the nine portrait styles, then share your contact information, organization, approximate portrait count, preferred style, and desired completion date. Tell Timothy what you want your wall to celebrate. Review your inquiry and send it using the options provided. An inquiry starts your conversation with Timothy; it does not authorize an order or production.
Timothy will discuss your project and confirm the portrait count, artistic style, print sizes, frames, schedule, and delivery arrangements in your proposal. You will also confirm purchasing requirements and the person authorized to release production. Proposal acceptance is available to the authorized purchasing contact when that stage opens. Once the project is arranged, Timothy will provide your institution’s supervisor sign-in information.
Sign in through Principal or Site Supervisor and choose your institution. Open Participant tracker and enter your people’s names, one per line. Ask participants to use the Participant or Teacher link to submit their photograph, display name, job title, and inspirational quote. Submitted portraits appear in your tracker automatically. If you entered someone’s name beforehand, link that row to the correct submission so the person is counted once.
Timothy prepares the edited portraits. When an edited proof is uploaded, the Edited by Timothy box checks automatically. Each participant reviews their own portrait and checks the name, title, and quote. They can approve it or request changes. Participant approval and supervisor approval are separate. The tracker helps you identify missing submissions and see which portraits still need attention. Its status boxes reflect the portrait records; they are not manual approval controls.
Your institution’s portrait review opens after the current individual portraits are approved and Timothy releases the collection for supervisor review. Open Portrait approvals and examine each portrait and its wording. Confirm that you reviewed the details, then choose Approve portrait. If something needs correcting, choose Request changes and describe what is needed. Your approval automatically checks the Supervisor approved box in the tracker and updates the tally. A revised proof requires fresh approvals for that version.
After the required portrait approvals are complete, review the final order details. The designated person can record production authorization when Timothy opens that step and grants the appropriate access. Approving a portrait does not, by itself, authorize printing or framing. Outstanding participant names must be resolved, and the current order must meet its approval requirements before production can be released.
Use Progress checklist to follow the project’s status, responsible person, due dates, and next steps. Timothy’s studio comments and actions are view only; you can send your response using the available controls. Production updates and delivery information will appear as the project advances. After delivery is recorded, check the received quantity and condition. Confirm receipt if everything is correct, or report any missing or damaged pieces so Timothy can address the issue.
Once receipt is confirmed and any open issues are resolved, Timothy will record the project’s completion. Keep your project reference for future questions or additions. Your finished portraits give staff and visitors a personal introduction to the people behind your organization. To begin, visit Timothy Hall Photography dot com and open Inspiration Portrait Wall. Your team’s story starts with a conversation.
A REAL INSPIRATION PORTRAIT WALL
A completed collection by Timothy Hall Photography.
Personal portraits and meaningful words, brought together.

This completed wall brings black-and-white portraits, individual messages, and coordinated framing into one presentation. The installed photograph shows how a consistent style lets each person’s face and words remain distinct.
For your organization, begin with an approximate portrait count and preferred style. Participants review their portrait and wording, and the designated supervisor reviews the collection before production.
Discuss a wall for your school or workplace ↗THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PURPOSE
Imagine walking into a school on the first day. Before a lesson begins, a student notices a familiar face on the wall: a teacher, a counselor, the person who greets them each morning. Beside each portrait are a few personal words about kindness, determination, or why they chose to make a difference. A hallway becomes an introduction to the people who make that school a community.
Now imagine the same welcome in your store, office, or organization. A customer meets the faces behind the service. A new employee discovers what matters to the team. A longtime colleague sees their contribution recognized in a place everyone can see.
That is the idea behind an Inspiration Portrait Wall: giving your shared values a human face.
Each portrait brings together a person’s image, name, role, and a message that matters to them. Including people across roles can communicate something powerful: every contribution deserves to be seen. For staff, it is a visible expression of appreciation. For students, customers, and visitors, it offers a more personal connection to the people around them.
In a school, the wall can open conversations about perseverance, respect, and belonging. In a business or community organization, it can give employees and visitors a clearer sense of the purpose behind the work. When leaders connect those messages to everyday actions, the portraits become useful reminders of the culture they want to build together.
Picture a student asking a teacher about their quote. A customer recognizing the team member who helped them. A new colleague finding a shared belief in someone else’s words. These small moments are opportunities to build connection.
Timothy Hall Photography brings your portraits and personal messages together in a cohesive collection, with a choice of artistic styles and coordinated framing. Participants review their individual portraits and wording, and your designated supervisor approves the designs before production.
What would you like people to understand about your organization the moment they walk through the door? Let’s create a wall that helps tell that story.
